Ramadhan Events by Damansara Metro Lions...

12th August 2011: Damansara Metro N.C. Lions, Hafizuddin, Marcus Loh & Alan Thoo organized a shopping spree for 2 families of kidney patients from National Kidney Foundation. We spent about RM2000.00 for the family members to buy new clothes for Hari Raya and at the same time throwing them a nice feast for Buka Puasa at Subang Parade. Shirley Koh (Fundraising Director) and Azizi Zakaria (Ambassador) were there too. Our club also donated stationeries and bags to the school going children and at the same time bought T Shirts for them too.

Our event was featured on Sinar Harian, a local Malay Daily.

13th August 2011: Visit and donation to Institut Taufik Islamiah, Klang... 4 members of our club had another buka puasa event in Klang. Again, we donated books, stationery and duit raya to the 80+ children there!
